Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. VIVALABITCH.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, VIVALABITCH.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and you are subject to additional shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hang tags, etc., including the original invoice.

We recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please do not ship back any sale or “LAST CALL” merchandise, as you WILL NOT be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.
We offer International shipping via Paypal payments only. All International deliveries are $55
Anything posted or couriered to you goes through customs to check it isn’t banned or restricted and you pay the right tax and ‘duty’ (customs charges) on it.

How do i know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been ‘processed’, once the order has been sent you will get another auto email saying your order has been ‘despatched’.
How do i know when my order will arrive?
If you are in our ‘free delivery’ group ( usa ) then your order will take 3 – 5 working days, however, some take longer and can take up to 10 days depending on where the stock for your order is located.
Orders shipped within the united states and u.s. territories will arrive via the usps, dhl, or fedex; the carrier is determined upon shipping.
